The 90-Day Root Ritual:

We stand behind our products. If you use Hair Potion, included in the 90-Day Root Ritual, consistently as directed for 90 days and track your progress with the included 90-Day Follicle Tracker, but don't see reduced hair fall or new baby hairs, we'll refund every cent. No questions asked.

Total Regrowth Elite:

We stand behind Total Regrowth Elite. If you use it consistently as directed for 180 days and track your progress with the included Follicle Tracker, but don't see reduced hair fall or new baby hairs, we'll refund every cent. No questions asked.

To claim your refund:

- Contact us at support@baraaherbs.com or WhatsApp +65 8025 2673 within 90 days (The 90-Day Root Ritual) or 180 days (Total Regrowth Elite) of your delivery date

- Share your completed Follicle Tracker showing consistent use

- We'll review and process approved refunds to your original payment method within 10 business days

No Standard Returns (Hygiene & Safety)

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason other than the Money-Back Guarantees above, whether the item is opened, unopened, used, or unused. This applies for hygiene and safety reasons.

All sales are final, with the exception of the applicable Money-Back Guarantee, damaged/incorrect items, or defective products.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately at baraaherbs@gmail.com if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exceptions

We're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank/card processing may add extra time. If 15+ business days have passed since approval with no refund, contact baraaherbs@gmail.com.
